NB: blades / discs are sold separately. Not suitable for preparing onions or softer vegetables. Not recommended for making fries.

Which discs to buy?

Most kitchens primarily use slicing and grating discs. Julienne and diced discs are also available

. Why can't we chop soft vegetables or onions?

The Buffalo vegetable cutter is very powerful and designed to cut food in seconds. Very soft ingredients can clog the cutting mechanism, so it's usually best to use a separate machine for these tasks.
