It is a range of semi-ventilated refrigerated display cases, in curved glass, suitable for small and medium-sized sales areas. Its well-sized cooling system ensures an appropriate display for all types of fresh food, such as cold meats, pastries, dairy products and deli meats.
The temperature, which varies between +2°C and +6°C, is controlled by an electronic thermostat and has a timed defrosting system.
As for our BREST 1,400L frozen double-door display case, our client chose it in the frozen version (-22°C / -10°C). We also have the same model refrigerated (+0°C / +10°C).
It will store your products with its large capacity of 1,400 L, ideal for storing all your frozen products, in this case.
